I wanted to take the time to thank Matt from Front Row Theater with an issue I was experiencing with my AV system. For some unknown reason I wasn't able to access my Hotwire cable via my Control 4 system remote...very frustrating especially for my wife that has little patience. Matt was extremely thorough to ascertain the problem after troubleshooting different scenarios. He explained everything he was doing and did resolve the issue along with reprogramming my remote and Sony TV. He checked out all my equipment and recommended to update my power supply to accommodate all the assorted components I have to ensure I will have no issues in the future.
